- Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-system process transformations globally
- Strong systems thinking to connect people, process, and technology
- Experience partnering with product and engineering to deliver automation and AI-enabled solutions
- Capability to define and measure ROI, SLAs, time-savings, and adoption metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and cross-functional facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a global team of Senior People Process Strategists to deliver cross-geography transformation outcomes
- Define vision and roadmap for continuous improvement across global People processes aligned to enterprise automation goals
- Apply Lean Six Sigma and systems thinking to diagnose root causes, redesign processes, and embed automation and self-service
- Partner with engineering, product, COEs, and operations to design scalable solutions balancing simplification, policy, and UX
- Create future-state process architectures integrated with AI-powered tools and platforms
- Define and track quantifiable success metrics (time savings, SLA compression, ROI, adoption rates)
- Facilitate cross-functional design sessions, align priorities, and drive readiness across process, org, and tech dimensions
- Build dashboards and diagnostic tools to monitor process health and uncover new opportunities
- Promote end-user empathy and institutionalize a data-driven continuous improvement culture
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus but not required
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
