Junior Customer Success Manager

Donorbox is a profitable, bootstrapped fundraising and donor management platform serving nonprofits worldwide. The Junior Customer Success Manager will engage mid-tier customers and new CRM signups to drive onboarding, feature adoption, and community-led learning while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support.

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom)
  • Basic product analytics and usage interpretation
  • Webinar delivery and educational content creation
  • Customer-first, empathetic approach
  • Organizational and multi-account management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with mid-tier customers to ensure onboarding success and ongoing adoption
  • Act as the first human contact for new users who haven't yet interacted with a representative
  • Conduct onboarding check-ins, product walkthroughs, webinars, and educational sessions
  • Analyze usage to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and hand off qualified leads to Sales
  • Collect and share customer feedback with Product and Customer Operations to inform improvements
  • Drive community engagement via events, user groups, newsletters, and in-app messages
  • Track and report activation rates, engagement, NPS/CSAT, and expansion opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent customer messaging and handoffs
  • Continuously improve onboarding and engagement workflows and resources

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant coursework or training in communication, business, or related fields
