Responsibilities: The VP will oversee global BDR teams, set performance goals, foster team culture, enhance career development, collaborate across functions, analyze sales data, manage budgets, and present performance updates to senior management.
Skills: Proven leadership in business development, sales processes, market dynamics, and strong analytical skills; ability to mentor effectively and drive team collaboration.
Qualifications: 14+ years in business development with at least 5 years in leadership; Bachelor's in Business or related field required; MBA preferred; experience in managing global teams essential.
Location: Remote position based in the USA with flexible work arrangements.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between 180,000 - 250,000.

About This Opportunity:
The Vice President of Global Business Development will lead and grow Docebo’s high-performing team of Business/Account Development Representatives (BDRs) across North America and EMEA. This role focuses on driving pipeline growth, market expansion, and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives on a global scale. The VP will oversee strategy development, team performance, and the mentorship of regional leadership, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture. By leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, this leader will play a pivotal role in optimizing market penetration and accelerating business growth worldwide.
