Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategy and vision for core platform components including reporting, integrations, and security services.
- Manage full product lifecycle from ideation and scoping to launch, go-to-market support, and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategy into detailed requirements, epics, and user stories for agile scrum teams in collaboration with Engineering, UX, and DevOps.
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, reviews) and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Develop and maintain customer feedback loops to gather insights and drive roadmap decisions.
- Serve as platform subject matter expert, communicating product status and updates to cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, support).
- Partner with third-party integrators to assess value, guide integration efforts, and ensure successful launches.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Relevant product or agile certifications are a plus (e.g., A-CSPO)
