We are looking for a highly skilled e-Learning Designer to support the design and development of engaging digital learning experiences. This role will combine instructional design and adult learning principles to create impactful online learning for educators, collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences and learner engagement.

In This Role You Will:

Project Design:

  • Collaborate to gather content and define learning objectives.
  • Create multimedia assets including graphics, animations, audio, and video to enhance learning.
  • Design learning experiences that include audio, video, basic animations, and transitions for enhanced engagement.
  • Incorporate moderately interactive elements such as click-and-reveal, drag-and-drop, and matching activities.
  • Conduct needs assessments and learner analysis to inform course design.
  • Apply instructional design models and adult learning theories.
  • Ensure accessibility and compliance with standards like SCORM, xAPI, and WCAG.
  • Upload and manage content in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Test and troubleshoot courses for functionality and user experience.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to improve course effectiveness.
  • Maintain documentation and version control for all learning assets.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Post-Grad Certificate in e-Learning Design – required
  • Master's in Instructional Design – preferred
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard)
  • 3+ years of experience designing moderately interactive eLearning content
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging learning experiences
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This role is designed to be remote. You can expect to work from an at home professional setting home with the expectation of collaboration to meet project deadlines.

The hiring range for this position is between $95,000- $105,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an Annual Bonus.
