Great Minds is seeking a Senior Service Designer with a focus on Secondary Math to develop and implement high-quality professional learning content aligned with their educational products. Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include creating professional learning content, collaborating with the Texas Implementation Services team, developing training sequences for educators, and continuously improving educational offerings based on feedback.
Skills: Candidates should have extensive knowledge in Secondary Mathematics, experience in developing professional development content, and strong writing and editing skills.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in professional learning content development, with leadership experience in education and a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction.
Location: This is a remote position with potential future travel of approximately 20%. Candidates must live in or near Texas, USA.
Compensation: $77000 - $87000 / Annually

Job Purpose
The Senior Service Designer supports Great Minds in its mission to foster effective implementation of all curriculum products. This role is responsible for researching, writing, reviewing, and revising content that supports the implementation efforts of current and potential users of Great Minds-supported curricula. The Senior Service Designer will develop professional learning experiences in alignment with best practices for adult learning. The Senior Service Designer will also plan and lead associated internal learning and development on the developed professional learning experiences.
This role is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced educator, instructional coach, curriculum developer, or school leader who possesses Secondary Math knowledge and pedagogical expertise, passion for high-quality, knowledge-building curriculum, and the belief that every child is capable of greatness. The base salary range for this position is $77,000-$87,000, however the offered salarymay be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations.. The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives.
