Stepful is seeking a Part-Time Student Success Coach to provide support to students in their training programs, helping them stay on track and achieve their educational and career goals.
Responsibilities: The Student Success Coach will assist students with motivation, grades, or program payments, provide timely support using Front/HubSpot, and create help documentation while ensuring all inquiries are resolved efficiently.
Skills: Candidates should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Front, Freshdesk, or HubSpot; prior experience in career services or student coaching is preferred.
Qualifications: A minimum of two years in a career services or coaching role is ideal, along with attention to detail and effective communication.
