This role leads a team of Learning Operations Administrators or Specialists, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of learning logistics including scheduling, enrollments, communications, and coordination of virtual and in-person programs. The Supervisor partners closely with the Stakeholders of their portfolio to uphold standards and processes for delivery calendars, venue coordination, and content administration. This role also supports the StarLearning content upload process, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to established taxonomy and workflows.
