Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and customers in pre-sales to define integration approaches and remove technical barriers
- Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs integrated with voice and chat platforms
- Deliver post-sales implementations on time in partnership with Implementation Managers and stakeholders
- Test deployed solutions, troubleshoot production issues, and implement bug fixes
- Provide clear, timely technical updates and documentation to customers and internal teams
- Manage multiple customer projects and deadlines independently while maintaining strong customer relationships
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
