Responsibilities
- Partner with technical customer stakeholders to understand source data and business logic
- Define and document data requirements to support Courier Health use cases
- Translate business logic into data transformations and platform configuration
- Validate and reconcile data loaded into the Courier Health platform against customer systems
- Create and maintain customer SOPs and platform workflows with Client Solutions
- Support technical customer conversations around SSO, API integrations, and data exchanges
- Provide product support, troubleshoot issues, and analyze customer feedback
- Contribute product enhancement ideas and assist with functional acceptance testing
- Perform ad hoc customer data analysis to inform implementations and product changes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional experience in data analysis, customer engineering, or similar roles (minimum 4 years)
