We are seeking a skilled and data-driven professional passionate about transforming complex digital metrics into actionable insights that fuel growth. In this role, you will lead analytical initiatives across various media channels, helping clients understand the impact of their marketing efforts and optimize investment strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with performance, strategy, and client teams, ensuring that every decision is backed by data and aligned with business goals. · Lead day-to-day communication, data gathering, and key deliverables that support client measurement strategies.
· Interpret cross-channel models (MMM and others), connect results to media strategies, and align recommendations with client goals.
· Conduct data-driven analyses and analytics projects to improve clients’ business outcomes.
· Manage performance data across platforms (Google, Meta, GA, Adobe, etc.) and apply advanced measurement methodologies such as incrementality testing.
· Act as a key knowledge resource on analytics tools, industry trends, and best practices.
· Partner with business development teams to support client pitches and presentations.
· Lead analytics engagements for top-tier clients, including training sessions and discussions on new tools and technologies.
· Develop standardized processes and materials to streamline analytics requests and reporting.
· Support internal learning initiatives through content creation and training support.
· Minimum 3 years of digital marketing analytics experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership.
· Strong understanding of digital channels (SEM, SEO, Social, OTT, etc.), conversion types, and cross-channel strategies.
· Experience with advanced measurement tools and methodologies such as MMM and incrementality testing.
· Proficiency in Excel and solid analytical and data interpretation skills.
· Familiarity with Google, Meta, Adobe Analytics, and other major media and analytics platforms.
· Understanding of key business and financial concepts (margin, COGS, NPV, LTV) and basic statistical principles (e.g., regression analysis).
· SQL knowledge is an advantage.
· Experience in client-facing roles, with occasional travel (up to 10%) for meetings or presentations.
· Compensation: Competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000 plus monthly variable revenue opportunities and annual performance bonuses.
