We are seeking a visionary and strategic product leader to oversee the development and expansion of a robust add-on and partner product ecosystem. In this executive role, you will drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for partner-integrated solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and executive leadership to deliver products that empower digital growth at scale. · Define and execute the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for partner-based and add-on product lines.
· Oversee the full lifecycle of partner-integrated solutions, ensuring alignment with company goals and evolving market opportunities.
· Conduct market analysis to identify trends, partnership opportunities, and competitive advantages that drive product differentiation.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to launch and scale successful product initiatives.
· Integrate customer and partner feedback into product enhancements, prioritizing impact and value creation.
· Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team that delivers results through innovation and collaboration.
· Establish clear performance metrics to track adoption, engagement, and overall product success.
· Manage budgets and resource allocation efficiently to maximize ROI on partner-enabled offerings.
· Communicate portfolio strategy, performance, and strategic direction to executive stakeholders.
· Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement across all product teams.
· Extensive experience in senior product management, ideally within ecosystem, add-on, or partner product environments.
· Proven record of success in defining and launching innovative technology products with measurable business outcomes.
· Strong leadership, mentorship, and team development capabilities in cross-functional settings.
· Deep understanding of SaaS, platform-based products, and digital ecosystems.
· Exceptional analytical, strategic, and communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
· Experience leading large-scale product portfolios and managing global or cross-market product strategies.
