Senior Product Designer (US Remote)

This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape the design of complex, multi-platform digital products. You will drive the end-to-end design process, from discovery and user research to high-fidelity design and motion-enhanced prototypes. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals while mentoring junior designers and advocating for design quality. The role emphasizes design systems, visual and motion design, and creating scalable, elegant experiences that delight users and elevate product standards. You will operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead discovery and requirements definition through stakeholder interviews, UX audits, user research, and competitive analysis.

·         Develop high-quality UX artifacts including personas, journey maps, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.

·         Drive creative vision for programs, balancing user needs and business objectives with scalable design solutions.

·         Produce motion-enhanced and interactive prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

·         Collaborate with engineers and QA teams to ensure design integrity and pixel-perfect implementation.

·         Manage client-facing reviews, provide feedback, and ensure alignment of design outcomes.

·         Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development and design excellence.

·         7+ years of experience in UX/UI digital product design for web, mobile, or device interfaces.

·         Proven expertise in building, maintaining, and scaling design systems.

·         Strong portfolio showcasing UX, visual, and motion design with measurable impact on products and users.

·         Mastery of Figma, motion tools (Rive, AfterEffects), and advanced prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Framer).

·         Solid understanding of front-end technologies and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

·         Experience in design-to-code workflows, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.

·         Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Experience mentoring or leading design teams and fostering professional growth.

·         Competitive base salary: $150,000–$161,000 USD, with potential equity opportunities.
