Senior Front-End Developer - React / Azure / Entra ID - Portal

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Front-End Developer – React / Azure / Entra ID - Portal in the United States.

This role provides the opportunity to lead the development of a modern, responsive web portal for healthcare applications, built on an Azure-native stack. You will translate Figma designs into high-quality, accessible React components while collaborating with backend and DevOps teams to deliver secure, user-friendly interfaces. The position combines hands-on front-end engineering with strategic input on UI/UX implementation, accessibility, and integration with cloud services. Ideal candidates are experienced in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding practices. You will play a key role in shaping the portal’s architecture, enforcing best practices, and mentoring other team members in a collaborative, fully remote environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and maintain responsive React applications integrated with Azure APIM, Functions, and SQL databases.

·         Convert Figma mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect, production-ready code.

·         Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards and federal usability guidelines.

·         Apply U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) principles for UI component development.

·         Collaborate with backend developers and DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

·         Participate in unit testing, code quality reviews, and automated test integration.

·         Maintain front-end architecture documentation, coding standards, and style guides.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

·         5+ years of professional experience in front-end development using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

·         Hands-on experience implementing Figma designs into web applications.

·         Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

·         Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD B2C) for authentication/authorization flows.

·         Understanding of secure coding practices and compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and HIPAA.

·         Experience with Section 508 accessibility compliance and accessibility testing tools is preferred.

·         Exposure to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and SonarCloud or similar tools.

·         Background in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus.

·         Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in Agile environments.
