This role offers a unique opportunity to design AI-driven software solutions for complex, real-world workflows. You will work closely with a dynamic product team to craft elegant, usable interfaces that simplify operational processes and enhance user experience. Your designs will influence core features, micro-interactions, and enterprise-scale systems, balancing usability with functional depth. The position involves collaborating with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts, turning ambiguous requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions. You will also contribute to design systems, prototypes, and iterative user testing, ensuring that every product decision reflects user needs and business goals. Accountabilities:

·         Lead end-to-end design of core product features, from initial wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final handoff.

·         Collaborate closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

·         Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on real-world usage.

·         Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI patterns.

·         Simplify complex operational workflows into intuitive, usable interfaces.

·         Support product roadmap planning and contribute design strategy to align with business objectives.

·         Advocate for user-centered design and ensure consistency across platforms and applications.

·         Extensive experience as a Product Designer, preferably 10+ years in enterprise or complex workflow environments.

·         Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, visual polish, and reduction of complexity through structure.

·         Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity design tools (e.g., Figma, Storybook, Sketch).

·         Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks.

·         Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.

·         Experience iterating in ambiguous environments and turning complex processes into user-friendly solutions.

·         Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

·         Bonus: Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered interfaces, construction/contech, or field-first enterprise workflows.
