Role: Executive Assistant
Location: Remote (PST preferred, but flexible)
Reports to: Founder & CEO
Our client is a pioneering somatic and consciousness-based healing organization supporting high-impact individuals with complex medical, emotional, and energetic challenges that defy traditional solutions. The founder is a globally recognized expert in body-based healing, emotional integration, and systems-level transformation. Clients include top-tier entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and mission-driven leaders who want to optimize their bodies, consciousness, and impact.
Their mission is to scale the foundational tools of somatic, emotional, and energetic well-being so they are accessible to every human — from Silicon Valley boardrooms to underserved communities around the globe.
Position Overview
They are seeking a deeply reliable, systems-minded Executive Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of the founder’s day-to-day work. You’ll ensure the details are clean, the wheels are turning, and nothing slips through the cracks, so the founder can focus on deep client immersion, high-leverage systems design, and intellectual R&D.
This is a deeply operational role for someone who finds flow in inbox zero, neatly organized folders, and making chaos calm.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Email Management: Coordinate complex calendaring across healing sessions, investor meetings, travel, and internal projects. Triage inboxes and draft responses where appropriate.
Task & Workflow Execution: Track follow-ups, execute admin-level project tasks, handle logistics, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks during client immersion periods or travel.
Document Management & Note Systems: Own upkeep of internal SOPs, client follow-up logs, file systems, and backend infrastructure.
Vendor & Client Communications: Professionally manage logistical email threads with vendors, clients, and partners when needed – from payment links to scheduling.
Light Project Coordination: Help scope and sequence simple admin projects and keep them moving (e.g. onboarding a new vendor, organizing a folder system, setting up a scheduling tool).
Founder Shadow Support: Be the other half of the founder’s brain when they’re deep in healing mode, working quietly in the background to keep everything humming.
Ideal Candidate
Anchored in follow-through, precision, and execution
Finds joy in tidiness, organization, checklists, and keeping a system running without needing creative input
Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of GSuite, Zoom, Airtable, task managers, and light automation tools
Proactive; sees problems and solves them before being asked
Calm and grounded; able to manage time zones and urgent requests with maturity, tact, and confidentiality
Mission-aligned; someone who feels proud to support a healing mission and believes in the deeper why
Alignment & Culture
This role is designed for someone who resonates with the mission and feels genuinely proud to support it. You don’t need to be immersed in the world of somatics or energy work to thrive here.
What matters most is that you care about supporting meaningful work in the world, and that you find fulfillment in being the steady hand behind the scenes that keeps everything running smoothly.
This is not a role for someone looking to apprentice, pivot into client-facing work, or be deeply immersed in the healing itself — but for someone who brings heart, precision, and dedication to the operational foundation that allows this mission to scale.
Logistics
Time Zone: Preference for U.S. time zones; PST or MST ideal, but flexible
Schedule: Generally Mon–Fri, 9–5 (with light flexibility); availability during Founder’s client immersion windows is key (some days unplugged)
Location: Remote, ideally with optional co-working in the Bay Area or surrounding region, but not required
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $100,000–200,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
If you thrive in detail, crave autonomy, and love working behind the scenes of powerful mission-driven work, we’d love to hear from you.
If an employer mentions a salary or salary range on their job, we display it as an "Employer Estimate". If a job has no salary data, Rise displays an estimate if available.
