As is with most start-ups, I felt the ebbs and flow of being burnt out at Conductor. I will say, though, that everyone is willing to lend a supporting hand during the troughs of feeling overworked or under-resourced. So guess you can see a bit of positive in a seemingly common feeling within the industry.

Giving You Time To Give Back To The Community
On top of giving you unlimited vacation time, we encourage all Conductors to take advantage of our flexible work schedule and take time to get involved in the charities you feel most passionate about. And on top of that, The Conductor Foundation (our non-profit arm) offers opportunities throughout the year to give back. Whether through our Quarterly Conductor Cares Charity Challenge that brings Conductors together for a fun challenge to benefit a local charity, or leverage our technology and services to benefit 1 of 3 pro bono customers we take on annually.

The Conductor Foundation allows Conductor to give back as the company continues to grow. Its mission is to provide the knowledge, skills and tools that empower charitable non-profits to improve their online search visibility, raise awareness of their mission, increase donations and inspire volunteerism. Recipients of the Searchlight Grant include the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, WNYC (NPR), the National Kidney Foundation, DC Goodwill, the International Rescue Committee, Housing Works and more.
