Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients (owners, developers, landlords), managing the pursuit process, and supporting marketing efforts. You will serve as the external face of the company in the market, positioning our firm competitively, and ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified leads and projects.
You will work closely with executive leadership, pre-construction, project management, and operations teams to align business development efforts with our strategic goals.
