- Analytical skills to monitor and drive PS metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Network, Support, and Sales
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a professional services strategy aligned to business and revenue goals
- Lead and grow a team delivering technical consulting, implementation, migration, and expert services
- Own delivery of large, complex enterprise engagements ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships and run executive business reviews
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Network, Support, Accounts) across time zones
- Create proposals, SOWs, and value propositions from inception through delivery
- Monitor and report key PS metrics (revenue, margin, utilization, CSAT) and drive improvements
- Establish processes, methodologies, and delivery maturity models for services excellence
- Resolve inter-team conflicts and escalate when required to meet customer and business objectives
- Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement and enablement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree (MBA or technical master’s) preferred but not required
