Modality: Remote (Candidates must reside in Texas, Utah, California, Nevada, or Arizona; specific sales territory coverage required)
Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours with travel as required
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for the region.
Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Providing regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the region.
Conducting market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Attending industry events and conferences to network and promote the company’s products and services.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of sales experience, preferably in the leasing or finance industry.
5+ years of management experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to travel as required.
Experience in fintech or with leasing/financing products.
Proven success managing remote sales teams and driving results.
Strong leadership and ability to inspire teams to achieve goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics to track and measure performance.
Entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.
Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements, credit analysis, and underwriting.
Ability to be present and engaged during scheduled working hours, whether remote or in person.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory and attend industry events as needed.
Ability to communicate effectively through phone, email, and video conferencing tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and team needs in a fast-paced environment.
