The Managing Director of People, Operations, & Strategy (MDPOPS) will serve as City Year Jacksonville’s (CYJax) main owner of site culture and operational practices to drive outcomes and people satisfaction. This site leader will be a trusted partner to the Executive Director, helping to execute the strategic plan of CYJax, and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team locally. The MDPOPS will work collaboratively with other department heads to ensure the site is engaging in ways that align with organizational values and aspirations. The MDPOPS will lead the day-to-day operations of the site and plays a critical role in ensuring staff and AmeriCorps Members (corps) have the necessary tools and resources to drive student impact.
