Skills
- Experience with HR/talent systems (Workday, Greenhouse) and people data platforms (OneModel, Visier).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills (SQL and data modeling).
- Experience producing executive-level dashboards and communicating insights to leaders.
- Knowledge of data governance, system integrations, and ensuring data quality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People and business stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver actionable analyses that influence HR and talent strategy.
- Enhance and scale people data architecture, governance, and system integrations across Workday, Greenhouse, and people data platforms.
- Build executive dashboards, predictive models, and deep-dive analyses to support talent, performance, DEIB, and workforce planning.
- Ensure data integrity by validating HR system data and partnering with HR technology teams.
- Create clear, compelling visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
