Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars for multiple Marketing VPs across time zones.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings among Brand, Creative, Product, and Communications teams.
- Track progress on high-priority workstreams and follow up on deliverables.
- Partner with the CMO's EA for leadership team alignment and time management.
- Own logistics for brand launches, marketing offsites, conferences, and team events.
- Prepare executives with briefing documents and marketing insights for meetings.
- Arrange travel and manage itineraries for events and offsite shoots.
- Process expense reports, vendor invoices, and coordinate contract logistics.
- Assist onboarding of marketing contractors, freelancers, and consultants.
- Support team communications, presentations, and meeting notes.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations to maintain campaign timelines and planning.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive information.
- Contribute to special projects such as creative brainstorms and branded swag drops.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not explicitly required.
