Senior Mid Market Account Executive

Checkr is a data platform company focused on safe and fair decision-making, serving over 100,000 customers including major enterprises. They seek a driven Senior Mid Market Account Executive to grow business within the upper mid-market segment by managing complex sales cycles, building strong client relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally.

  • Experience selling B2B solutions, preferably to HR buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business sales within the assigned upper mid-market segment.
  • Open new conversations with prospects alongside business development representatives.
  • Build in-depth customer relationships and understand business goals.
  • Differentiate Checkr offerings to address customer needs and competition.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, support, and executives to meet client goals.
  • Develop champions within account bases to build consensus.
  • Communicate effectively across client stakeholders and buying committees.
  • Negotiate and close contracts valued between $50K and $300K.
  • Provide post-contract support to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel to meet prospects and customers as needed.
