Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Behavior Technician schedules and coordinate client assessments
- Oversee Behavior Technician training, attendance, professionalism, disciplinary actions, and offboarding
- Partner with clinical leadership to align operations with clinical model and drive growth
- Monitor center metrics, manage P&L, payroll and billing accuracy, and implement improvement strategies
- Serve as liaison with facility management, conduct center tours, and maintain safety and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with IT, Onboarding/Intake, and insurance teams to ensure smooth workflows and authorizations
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve client and staff retention
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Master's degree preferred
