Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration or related field
- Experience in pharmaceutical distribution, logistics, procurement, or contract management
- Proven experience managing specialty distributor relationships and partnerships
- Contract negotiation and lifecycle management skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Understanding of specialty distribution operations, compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with specialty distributors, GPOs, and third-party logistics partners
- Oversee distributor onboarding, readiness, and execution for new product launches
- Drive distributor performance and operational excellence through KPIs
- Manage full lifecycle of distributor contracts, negotiations, and compliance with SLAs and regulations
- Maintain contract documentation, templates, SOPs and track contract milestones
- Collaborate with Finance on billing accuracy and invoice audits
- Lead cross-functional projects with Market Access, PMO, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal to improve distribution processes
- Implement efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives across the distribution network
Education
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related)
- Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is desirable but not required
