Responsibilities
- Spend significant time on the floor delivering customer-facing service and overseeing ambassador activities (approx. 25%).
- Manage administrative duties including payroll, scheduling, and performance management (approx. 30%).
- Partner with TSA, airlines, airport stakeholders and CLEAR business partners to resolve issues and drive KPIs (approx. 45%).
- Own airport P&L and drive strategy to meet financial and operational targets.
- Hire, develop, coach and performance-manage hourly and salaried team members.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, labor utilization, and operational compliance with airport and federal regulations.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
