- Review completed work products and articulate key accounting concepts to staff.
- Prepare complex journal entries and financial statement disclosures.
- Leverage firm templates and technology to oversee financial statement preparation.
- Delegate and review work of staff and interns.
- Identify inaccuracies in financial statements and communicate project status effectively.
- Build strong in-person and remote connections within the team.
- Monitor utilization rates and support firm initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent.
- Pursuing relevant certifications preferred.
