In this role, you will provide high-impact support across accounting, audit, tax, and payroll functions, serving middle-market clients across industries. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to assess risks, ensure compliance, and contribute to financial reporting excellence. Accountabilities:

• Understand each client's business model, industry-specific regulations, internal control systems, and GAAP/GAAS standards.
• Support audits by identifying risk areas, assessing internal controls, and performing substantive testing.
• Prepare financial statements in compliance with regulatory and client-specific formats.
• Utilize ERP tools and audit automation systems to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
• Provide insights and solutions that enhance client operations and financial reporting practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver advisory services aligned with client goals.

• Completion of at least 90 credit hours toward a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in at least one of the following: ACCA, CPA, CFA, or CIMA.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Familiarity with audit methodologies and risk-based assessments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and digital audit tools is a plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
