Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation in accordance with Company policy and procedures
- Must assist in all areas of full cycle accounts payable functions.
- Can communicate effectively with vendors by phone and email
- Efficiently and accurately process payable invoices
- Ensure vendor payments are send out in a timely manner
- Must process payments as set forth within the guidelines provided.
- Must remain as confidential in all information routinely gained in doing one’s work assignment.
- Set up and maintain vendor information with W9’s for 1099 purposes.
- Assumes the responsibility for proper usage of company’s computer system.
- Must successfully make decisions necessary to complete the daily posting assignments timely.
- Must process payments as set forth within the guidelines provided.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience; automotive experience a plus but not required
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge in Excel required
- Must be able to demonstrate work process judgment and prioritization in a multi-task environment.
