Responsibilities: The Director will develop and execute a marketing automation strategy, lead a team, oversee the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, guide campaign execution, and collaborate across teams to deliver efficient marketing solutions.
Skills: Candidates should have 7+ years in marketing automation, leadership experience, expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong communication and project management skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include 3+ years in a leadership role and certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Administrator.
Location: This is a fully remote position available to applicants within the United States.
Compensation: $138200 - $160000 / Annually

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
