Greenboard is building the “Rippling” for financial compliance and operations. Our goal: enable regulated financial firms to run their back office at a higher standard with half the headcount. We’re starting with financial compliance.
Our founding team includes engineers who scaled products at Amazon, Google, and several unicorn startups. We’re backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Base10 and other fantastic investors, and have raised $20M+ to date. Brand-name financial institutions already rely on Greenboard, and we’re scaling quickly.

Inbound demand and outbound opportunity are both accelerating. We need a founding Director of Marketing to own events, digital demand-gen, and content — build the playbooks, execute campaigns, and hire the first marketing team to drive pipeline and brand credibility.

Have 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with hands-on ownership of events, digital demand (ABM/paid/search), and content/PMM
Have built or scaled a marketing function from scratch and hired at least one direct report
Can run ROI-driven event programs (conferences, exec dinners, user summits) and convert them into enterprise pipeline
Know ABM, paid social (LinkedIn), search, nurture, and measurement—comfortable tying activity to pipeline
Write crisp thought leadership and product content that resonates with CCOs, CTOs, and compliance teams
Are scrappy, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-moving Series A scale environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
