Responsibilities: Manage logistics for HR events, support HR ad-hoc requests, prepare executive reports, develop presentations, coordinate projects, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills: Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms; experience managing corporate projects.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field with 5+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment, or 9+ years of experience in a similar role.
Location: This position is based in Vernon Hills, Illinois, USA, with no indication of required travel.
Compensation: $97000 - $134600 / Annually
