FBS Digital Product Manager

  • Lead digital product solutions with a strong vision and thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, and Connected Devices).
  • Inspire strategic thinking and the application of innovative development methodologies.
  • Evaluate enterprise opportunities, scope initiatives, and deliver prototypes, POCs, and MVPs.
  • Drive key transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritize work in product backlogs and ensure delivery aligned with Farmers' customer experience expectations.
  • Foster a test-and-learn environment by enabling new capabilities through innovation.
  • Proficiently lead conversations with executive management across the organization.
  • Inspire clear, actionable ideas and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to define marketing requirements, use cases, and user stories.
  • Serve as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions aligned with Marketing objectives.
  • Partner closely with IT and operations to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive product roadmap that meets customer needs.
  • Define strategy, requirements, prototypes, testing plans, training procedures, communications, and implementation processes.
  • Track innovation trends within the insurance industry and monitor digital growth in adjacent verticals.
  • Build competitive benchmarks to highlight the benefits of enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Explore emerging technologies and deliver proactive marketing and data insights to improve customer experience.
  • Make recommendations for short- and long-term product roadmaps aligned with Customer Strategy and Marketing goals.
  • Conduct competitive landscape assessments to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define measurement strategies and reporting standards to monitor initiative effectiveness.
  • Oversee successful delivery and ongoing performance management.
  • Report on digital marketing KPIs and data insights, offering actionable business recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, IT or in relevant field (MBA is a plus)
  • Strong experience in program management, digital products, delivery, and consumer-focused product marketing
  • Strong in project and process management
  • Experience with MS tools: Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience in Jira, Figma and Rally
  • Able to write user stories and requirements documents
  • Knowledge of SAFe Agile methods is preferred
  • Fluent in English
