- Deep knowledge of fund accounting, reconciliation, and settlement processes for alternatives (PE, Hedge, Credit, Real Assets).
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with project management tools (Airtable, Jira, Asana, Monday).
- Proven experience leading and developing global teams and managing SLAs.
- Strong stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and escalation handling.
- Ability to design automation and process improvements, and to apply emerging technologies such as GenAI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage global post-trade operations across distributions, capital calls, valuations, subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions.
- Own daily operations, align resources to SLAs, and serve as escalation point and subject matter expert for clients and partners.
- Design and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage data, reporting, and analytics to measure performance and inform continuous improvement.
- Champion emerging technologies (including GenAI) to streamline workflows and unlock new capabilities.
- Lead high-impact projects end-to-end: scoping, requirements, risk mitigation, and delivery with senior leadership updates.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Distribution, and Strategy to create client-facing collateral, training, and sales enablement.
- Support business development and client engagements by providing operational expertise and solution design.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related discipline (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or related) preferred.
