Sales VP- Direct

bswift is a cloud-based benefits administration provider serving large and mid-market employers with technology and services that simplify benefits for employees and HR teams. We’re seeking a motivated, experienced Sales VP to drive direct sales across assigned markets, manage complex deals end-to-end, cultivate broker and consultant relationships, and collaborate with solution architects to deliver tailored benefits solutions.

Skills

  • Proven track record selling benefits administration or related insurance products to mid and large employers
  • Experience navigating complex sales with stakeholders across HR, finance, procurement, IT, and executive leadership
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Ability to prospect proactively and manage inbound channel partner opportunities
  • Experience working with Solution Architects or technical pre-sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive direct sales to large and mid-market employers, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution
  • Respond to RFPs and lead pricing and solution positioning for prospective clients
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with employers, brokers, consultants, and enrollment firms
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and internal teams to prepare and deliver client presentations and demonstrations
  • Develop and execute regional sales and growth strategies and establish a local market presence
  • Manage complex negotiations, prepare letters of intent, and close contracts in coordination with legal
  • Participate in market forums and external events to build visibility and pipeline

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
