Account Executive

Breezeway is a property operations and experience platform used by short-term rental managers and hospitality operators to coordinate, communicate, and verify tasks across properties. The company is looking for an Account Executive with proven SaaS closing experience who thrives on outbound prospecting, full-cycle selling, and building relationships with property management and hospitality clients.

Skills

  • 2+ years closing SaaS deals with consistent quota attainment
  • Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
  • Experience managing full sales cycle and delivering product demos
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs for forecasting and pipeline management
  • Excellent consultative selling and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with travel for events and in-market meetings
  • Self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and success teams

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound outreach and SDR collaboration
  • Manage full sales cycle from discovery through contract close
  • Deliver tailored product demos and virtual or in-person presentations
  • Partner with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity data in HubSpot
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Travel to key markets, events, and in-market meetings as needed

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant industry training or sales certifications a plus
