This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Transformation Team and support one of BHN’s strategic initiatives: building and scaling a Global Catalog of payout, gifting, and reward solutions. This role will lead and support cross-functional initiatives to scale and optimize our global catalog infrastructure, onboard new content, and drive delivery across markets. The ideal candidate is a mid-career professional with direct experience in gift card operations and a strong ability to drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

  • Lead structured workstreams to execute against the global catalog roadmap.
  • Drive prioritization and intake processes in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Business stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on progress against KPIs, OKRs, and key milestones.

Catalog Strategy & Delivery

  • Manage catalog consolidation, expansion, and localization across regions.
  • Partner with Product & Tech to align on catalog architecture, syncing, and automation.
  • Oversee onboarding of new brands, suppliers, and products, ensuring technical and commercial readiness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the Global Strategy, Onboarding, and Supply Chain teams to advance catalog goals.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Tech to ensure seamless catalog delivery.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Tax to ensure content meets regional regulatory and tax standards.
  • Support Go-to-Market (GtM) planning and execution, including regional enablement and communications.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the gift card industry, with familiarity in gift card configurations and their associated impact on clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with digital content platforms, APIs, and supplier onboarding preferred.

Preferred Attributes

  • Familiarity with global payout or rewards ecosystems.
  • Experience working with international teams and navigating regional requirements.
  • Background in advising or supporting customers on gift card operations.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Benefits

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $81,660.00 to $130,000.00.Salary Range for California Residents Only: $101,660.00 to $137,250.00

 

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Blackhawk Network offers benefits including 401k with employer match, medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays throughout the year 2025, sick pay accrual according to state law, parental leave, life insurance, disability insurance, accident and illness insurance, health and dependent care flexible spending accounts, wellness benefits, and flexible time off for all full-time employees.
