Who You Are

You are organized, polished, and motivated, with a strong ability to manage details while keeping client relationships front and center. You bring professionalism to every interaction, whether engaging with prospects, supporting client relationships, or coordinating sales activities. Thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, you anticipate needs, stay proactive, and ensure seamless execution of placements. With excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you’re ready to serve as a trusted support partner to a Bank Rep while contributing to client engagement, operational excellence, and sales success.


What You'll Do
  • Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with bank clients and prospects.
  • Keep bank client engaged, satisfied and add additional value in form of upsells/new sales
  • Prospect, cold call and set meetings for Bank Rep
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare presentation materials, and track follow-ups for timely responses.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy across sales pipelines.
  • Support the Bank Rep with daily operations, reporting, and client communications.
  • Represent BHG Financial with professionalism and polish in all interactions.


What You'll Need
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Prior experience prospecting, cold calling and successfully setting meeting
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sale targets
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and time management.
  • Professional presence and ability to engage with senior-level clients.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • MUST be in the greater Syracuse, NY area!
