Auger is seeking a strategic, technically fluent business development leader to build and expand our ecosystem of technology partnerships. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships that extend Auger’s platform capabilities, open new go-to-market channels, and strengthen our position in the supply chain technology landscape.You’ll work across the organization — with leaders in Product, Engineering, Customer Engagement, and Finance — to align partnership initiatives with business objectives, drive joint value creation, and ensure partnerships deliver measurable commercial impact.
A major early focus will include deepening Auger’s collaboration with leading cloud providers and their partner programs — including co-sell, marketplace, and funding initiatives — but your charter extends far beyond any single relationship. You’ll also scout and structure new technology and commercial alliances that enhance Auger’s competitive advantage and support our growth strategy.
Develop and execute Auger’s partnership strategy, identifying opportunities that strengthen our product, data, and go-to-market ecosystem.
Evaluate, negotiate, and operationalize partnerships across technology, data, and strategic business domains, ensuring mutual value creation.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate partner capabilities — from data sources to cloud technologies — that enhance our solution suite.
Work with Customer Engagement and Marketing to develop joint go-to-market motions, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue-sharing programs with key partners.
Manage high-value strategic relationships, including global cloud alliances, ensuring strong visibility and priority within partner ecosystems.
Identify and secure partnership funding opportunities (e.g., joint investment, co-sell credits, or ecosystem incentive programs) to fuel growth.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal to structure agreements that balance commercial opportunity with compliance and scalability.
Monitor and measure partnership impact, reporting on KPIs such as influenced pipeline, revenue contribution, and joint program ROI.
Stay attuned to the evolving supply chain technology ecosystem, spotting emerging platforms, data providers, and integration opportunities.
Represent Auger externally with strategic partners, at industry events, and in ecosystem forums to elevate the company’s presence and influence.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy, ideally within SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology sectors.
Proven success identifying, structuring, and managing complex strategic partnerships with measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong understanding of cloud, data, and analytics ecosystems and how partnerships can drive joint value creation.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external senior stakeholders.
Financial and strategic fluency — able to assess business cases, forecast impact, and align partnerships with company goals.
Experience building partnerships with major cloud or technology platforms, including joint GTM or funding programs.
Familiarity with data partnerships, API integrations, or marketplace ecosystems.
