Responsibilities

- Develop and execute churn mitigation and account expansion strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs aligned with revenue, retention, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Leverage analytics and customer data to optimize team performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate on forecasting, staffing plans, and scalable team processes.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
