- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience facilitating workshops and aligning executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct ERP and HCM readiness assessments and develop transformation roadmaps
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and executive briefings to build alignment
- Advise on software selection and technology strategy within broader transformation efforts
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategic coherence across implementation and analytics
- Contribute to practice development through methodology, thought leadership, and training
- Support business development activities including proposal development and client pursuits
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations and executive-ready deliverables
