- Hands-on ServiceNow Employee Center / WSD experience
- Service catalog and knowledge management strategy
- User story writing, acceptance criteria, and backlog management

- UAT coordination and functional testing
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of common integrations (Workday, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
Responsibilities
- Lead functional discovery workshops and sprint planning focused on employee experience and workplace service optimization
- Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for Employee Service Center and cross-department workflows
- Define and advocate best practices for employee service delivery, service catalog design, and self-service optimization
- Facilitate training and adoption workshops; produce functional process guides and workshop materials
- Support functional testing, oversee UAT, and coordinate deployment and go-live activities for employee workflows
- Serve as SME for employee experience including service catalog, knowledge management, virtual agent, and cross-departmental integrations
- Support sales efforts for Workplace Service Delivery opportunities as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (preferred)
