Qualifications: Over 8 years of product management experience with a penchant for leadership; a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required, and an advanced degree is a plus.

You’ll coach and mentor your team to raise the bar in product delivery while staying hands-on with product strategy and execution.

The starting base pay is $117,200.00 to $157,500.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
