Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM/FP&A tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, Clari or similar)
- Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Pipeline)
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with tactical execution
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (three-statement models, valuation, pricing analyses) and perform ad-hoc scenario analysis
- Create revenue and expense forecasts; partner with RevOps and Sales to improve pipeline and sales forecasting accuracy
- Lead budgeting and variance analysis; identify trends and collaborate with Product and Sales on cost optimization opportunities
- Support month-end close tasks and finance reporting alongside the Accounting Team
- Conduct market and strategic analysis to inform business decisions and support GTM strategy
- Drive process improvement and reporting automation to scale financial operations
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
