Responsibilities
- Act as primary finance partner for designated business units and senior leaders
- Own financial modeling for strategic GTM decisions and scaling initiatives
- Build annual budgets and update rolling forecasts using real-time performance data
- Track actuals vs. plan, explain variances, and provide forward-looking outlooks
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance drivers
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership and the Board
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and drive topline growth
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and develop business cases to support strategic decisions
- Contribute to continuous enhancements of financial planning and reporting processes
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
