We’re on a mission to reach $10M ARR and you will be at the heart of that journey — building the AI-powered systems that will redefine how companies manage their people. This is a founding product management role — you will be hands-on, deeply embedded with users, and responsible for owning the roadmap, vision, and execution for our Analytics and Agentic AI platform from day one
You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Aragorn’s Analytics and Agentic HR Studio platform. You will:
Define and own the vision, strategy, and execution for the Analytics & Agentic AI product line.
Partner with Engineering to translate complex AI and analytics capabilities into intuitive, high-value features for HR teams.
Partner with Design to ensure world-class UX for product
Gather customer insights through discovery calls, usability testing, and data analysis to inform roadmap priorities.
Own the product requirements process — creating clear PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Prioritize features and technical investments using a balance of business impact, customer value, and technical feasibility.
Ensure seamless integration between analytics dashboards, AI agent configuration, and backend data systems.
Manage cross-functional execution, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
Track product performance, adoption, and ROI — iterating quickly to maximize customer and business outcomes.
Balancing AI complexity with user simplicity — making powerful, multi-agent AI capabilities accessible to non-technical HR teams.
Driving adoption in a new category — educating customers on agentic AI concepts while demonstrating immediate business value.
Integrating real-time analytics and AI workflows — ensuring data accuracy, speed, and usability across a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
Prioritizing high-impact features in a fast-moving startup environment with limited resources and competing demands.
Defining cross-product interoperability so the Analytics Platform and Agentic HR Studio work seamlessly together.
Staying ahead of market trends in HR technology, analytics, and AI to maintain product differentiation
Have 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS, preferably with analytics, AI/ML, or data-heavy products.
Have taken B2B enterprise products from concept to launch, with measurable impact on revenue or adoption.
Have strong understanding of data visualization, analytics workflows, and AI/ML concepts — enough to partner deeply with engineers and challenge assumptions.
Have experience translating technical capabilities (APIs, data pipelines, agent orchestration) into business-friendly features.
Are comfortable working with technical teams — you understand backend/frontend constraints and how they impact UX.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, from PRDs to executive presentations.
Thrive in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities and high expectations.
Are comfortable making data-driven decisions, balancing quantitative analysis with qualitative insights
