The Employee Experience Specialist Senior supports the Lurie Children’s Employee Value Proposition through management of activities and communications that inform and connect Lurie Children’s employees and support the organization’s focus on creating an outstanding employee experience and becoming an employer of choice.
Reporting to VP Talent & Culture, this role is responsible for improving the employee experience, specifically through effective communications. Through defining and developing innovative ways to engage employees aligned with Lurie Children’s culture, the Employee Experience Specialist Sr will execute on internal campaigns to communicate our People strategy, programs, and policies to employees, while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and messaging.
This role will collaborate with other teams across the organization, such as Communications and Marketing. They will develop and align leadership messaging, create change communications, and draft people presentations for key leadership and organizational meetings. Other key responsibilities include supporting initiatives related to all aspects of human resources, including issues management, culture, total rewards, employment branding and learning programs. The Employee Experience Specialist Sr will put a strong focus on integrating Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) into all aspects of employee communications.
