Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and coordinate logistics across teams (Production, R&D, BD, IT, and leadership).
- Own seating arrangements, space utilization, and onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, and other office services.
- Oversee maintenance and repair requests and preventative maintenance schedules (including HVAC and kitchen).
- Plan, manage, and deliver workplace projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate internal team events and external client events to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory levels.
- Develop and deliver clear communications about workplace updates and improvements.
Education
- Education not strictly specified; equivalent professional experience accepted
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (facility management, business administration, or related fields)
