Responsibilities
- Lead creation and implementation of next-generation supply chain systems for maritime vessels across the full manufacturing value chain.
- Define and drive manufacturing processes including unlimited build strategies, lean methods, and Tier 0 integration.
- Manage external partners, suppliers, and subcontractors to establish scalable, resilient supply chains and deliver milestones.
- Oversee execution and functional completion of manufacturing technology development solutions supporting supply chain initiatives.
- Set objectives, build and lead cross-functional teams, and balance technical innovation with practical manufacturability and cost considerations.
- Drive supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and commercial accountability for external production ramps.
Education
- Bachelor’s in Naval Architecture, Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent experience
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
